Day 79 Cebu City, Cebu

Today was the second day of Sinulog and the official start of the festival. The first thing they do is shut down all the major streets so they can prepare for the parade. The parade started around 2PM and lasted well into the night. My Dad told me that during Sinulog, everyone walks everywhere because the streets stay closed and people stay up all night celebrating.
