Day 55 Dumaguete, Cebu

We woke up this morning hoping to get some good news from the coastguard but apparently the weather is still to dangerous for boats to travel safely. Luckily, my parents arrived in Cebu City along with my sister last night and wired us money so we don't have to sleep outside again. We stayed the night in Dumaguete City went sight seeing all day.
